A Calabrese kitchen, now catering across the GTA

Little Caesar Catering Co. was founded in 2008 by Marco Esposito, who named the company after his late grandfather — Cesare "Piccolo Cesare" Esposito, a 5'2" baker from Reggio Calabria whose nickname followed him from the village of Bagnara all the way to his new life in Mississauga. Marco grew up watching his Nonna turn Saturday afternoons into four-course feasts for fifteen cousins, and he brings that same generosity to every booking — whether it's a corporate lunch for sixty or a wedding for four hundred.

Today our kitchen prepares every order in-house: pasta rolled each morning, bread baked the night before, sauces that simmer for hours because shortcuts don't taste like home. We're proudly independent, proudly family-owned, and proudly Calabrese.
